Company Name: Enter your company name. If this field is left blank, your contact name will appear as the company name.
Website URL: If you are signing up as a Silver or Gold level member, this field is for entering your website address, which will be used to link your listing directly to your website. If you prefer to use a MedicalTranscription.com Info Sheet instead, leave this field blank.
Info Sheet: For Silver and Gold level members. If you choose this option, the link on your listing will direct viewers to your individual company info sheet detailing your company's abilities (example). There is a one-time setup charge for the Info Sheet.
Login ID Name: Create your own log in ID from 5 to 10 characters.
Password: Create your own 5 to 10 character password and keep it written in a safe location along with your log in ID.
Password Question: Create a question to which only you know the answer. The question will be asked of you if you forget your password in the future.
Password Question Answer: The answer to the question. When you answer your question correctly, your password is e-mailed directly to you.
Service Plan Level: Choose the level and subscription renewal term. Any promotions will automatically be added in, such as doubling your exposure, etc. Note: Gold level is TRANSCRIPTION MATCH and includes a listing with a link.

You are directed to Page 2 ONLY if you are a Silver member who has opted for an Info Sheet, or a Gold member detailing your services for TRANSCRIPTION MATCH -- and Info Sheet if you opted for it.
No. of Transcriptionists: Total number in your employ or available to you as subcontractors.
Capacity: Number of patient records per week to which you could commit.
Turnaround Time: The TAT to which you would commit for a client.
Stat Capability: Indicate if your service will do STAT reports in under 18 hours.
One-Time Projects: Will you accept projects from medical publishers, videographers, etc? These are usually individual projects which can vary in size, difficulty and turnaround time, all negotiable by you, the transcription service.
Foreign Accent: Indicate if you will or will not accept jobs that include foreign accent transcription.
Coding and Billing: If you service also does coding or billing, indicate here.
MIS Integration: If you have staff that will assist in integrating your documents into a client MIS system, indicate here. Many larger facilities have their own MIS staff who will integrate your delivered work into their system.
Dictation Methods: From the client's point of view, what do you offer? Remote phone-in can be either digital or analog. A client dictating into his own PC is considered "other digital dictation method", and along with "hand held digital recorder", carries the inference that you will know how to obtain the digital sound files and play them back. Delivery Methods: How can you deliver finished work? WE RECOMMEND THAT NO PATIENT RECORD IS EVER E-MAILED WITHOUT PROPER ENCRYPTION. Indicate the methods you use for delivery. More on delivery methods
Word Processing Formats: Indicate the word processor(s) you use. If choosing "Other" please detail in the description box at the end of the form.
Medical Specialties: Indicate all specialties covered by your transcription service.
Credit Card
Make sure that you use the correct billing name and address for your credit card. This is a secure (SSL) connection throughout the entire signup process.
Signup "bugs": We're continuously working to enhance our functionality. If you encounter an "error" message while trying to sign up, it may be due to using your "back" button often. We are working on this problem but for now, recommend that you close your browser and then re-open it.
